Kingston University

I am PhD Researcher at Kingston Business School, where I am exploring how CEO psychology shapes corporate sustainability decisions, the sustainability impacts of emerging technologies like 6G, and behaviour change across organisational, technological, and creative contexts.

I come from a UX background, which means I am fascinated by human centred design, decision making, and how behavioural insights can create positive, socially impactful change.

I am passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices and studying systems that promote inclusion and equity.
